RETURN / EXCHANGE POLICY:
Clear Choice is pleased to offer you a 45 day, in-home trial wear period. We believe that this is the best way to try our products, in the privacy of your home, and determine if our products meet your needs. If for some reason you are not completely satisfied, please follow the instructions below to make arrangements to return the product and secure a refund. Shipping charges are not refundable
- All product returns for refund require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number prior to return
- You may obtain an RMA number by contacting ClearChoice at (800) 374-5959
- Open M-F 8:30am to 5:30pm Eastern Standard Time
- You must speak with a live person; a voicemail or letter enclosed will not suffice.
After the issuance of the RMA Number, you must:
- Return the product within Forty-five (45) Days of receipt in the original container (shipping box) with the Sales Receipt and all parts and printed materials contained in the original package.
- For your protection, we recommend insuring the product for an authorized return. Mail the authorized return to us at:

PLEASE NOTE:
- Accessories are non refundable items.
- You are not eligible for a refund once the wear period has expired.
- Please allow 10 business days for examination of the product and parts before the refund is issued.
- There will be a $35 Service and Disposal Fee for each returned product.
- Shipping costs are not refundable.
Products that are not eligible for refund will be sent back to you at your cost and expense.

- Any product that is returned without all original packaging and accessories, including the retail box, manuals, batteries, and all other items originally included with the product
- Any product that exhibits physical damage
- Any product received Postmarked outside the trial period
